Professional counselors help clients identify goals and potential solutions to problems which cause emotional turmoil; seek to improve communication and coping skills; strengthen self-esteem; and promote behavior change and optimal mental health."

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is the foundation of Deborah's work with clients. Deborah's interpersonal focus allows her to consider the full bio-psycho-social-spiritual dimensions of each client and tailor work to the individual's needs. Deborah believes in collaboration with a client's treatment team, with the full knowledge and inclusion of the client in the communication. This approach empowers a client to accomplish the goals they set forth.
